Therapy
Individuals and couples may seek sex therapy to address low sexual desire, sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, and intimacy concerns. Depending on the presenting concern, it may be vital to collaborate with your health care provider and rule out specific medical conditions. If a medical condition is discovered, therapy can help mitigate identity crises, life transitions, and emotional stress that could worsen said medical condition.

I often am asked questions like "Is this normal? Am I masturbating too much? Should I be having an orgasm during sex? Why does sex hurt?". It's important to approach issues with a holistic mindset that explores societal standards/ norms, the quality of current and past relationships, life stressors, performance anxiety, mood disorders, and physical health.

Sexual wellness is for everyone and I promise to provide a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space to have intimate and often emotionally painful conversations that will undoubtedly bring about new insights and ultimately solutions.
