
My Approach
My therapy model and focus of our work together is finding peace from within. Walking beside clients during the most difficult moments in life has taught me that life is often unfair and terrible things happen to us. Despite what happens to us, we are still responsible for picking up the pieces, remedying the situation, and creating our own happiness.
I believe that you are capable of achieving inner peace and calm through processing your experiences and receiving honest empathy and feedback. I am here to help you take control of your life. Taking control of your life might mean making difficult decisions such as cutting out unhealthy thoughts, behaviors, and even people.

Creating a healthy and balanced life where you feel peace on a daily basis does not come without tremendous effort, insight, and a network of people who support your goals. Using a holistic care approach in my work with the Deaf and hearing communities I strive to understand what is important to you, your mind-body connection, relationships, and culture.
