No-Show Policy

You are expected to pay the full session fee for any appointment that you either cancel or fail to attend with less than 24-hour notice. If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at its originally scheduled time. If you arrive late or need to leave early, the full session rate still applies. Any unpaid balances must be resolved prior to scheduling a new appointment. There are no exceptions. You will sign a written agreement outlining the above information prior to scheduling our first appointment.

 

If I arrive late for a session, you will be given the option to stay past your scheduled end time.

If I cancel an appointment, you will not be charged for that appointment.
